JOB DESCRIPTION

As an IFS Cloud™ ERP Functional Consultant, you will support our clients in implementing the Asset Management and Service Management modules.

As a key functional point of contact, you will be involved throughout the entire ERP project lifecycle—from requirements analysis through to go-live—with a focus on the standard features of IFS Cloud™ and the vendor’s best practices.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Analyze clients' business needs and lead scoping and design workshops.
• Advise customers on best practices and standard features of IFS Cloud™
• Configure and set up the Asset Management and Service Management modules.
• Draft functional specifications when specific developments are required.
• Participate in general and detailed design workshops.
• Prepare, execute, and oversee the unit testing and functional acceptance testing (UAT) phases.
• Train key users and support change management.
• Participate in system launches (Go-Live) as well as in the hypercare phases.
• Provide functional support and assist with solution enhancements as part of TMA or enhancement projects.

PROFILE REQUIRED

You are an IFS Cloud™ ERP Functional Consultant with proven experience in implementing the Asset Management and Service Management modules.

You will work independently on projects involving the integration, deployment, version upgrades, and ongoing maintenance of IFS Cloud™. As a key functional expert, you will support clients from the design phase through to production, ensuring that best practices and the solution’s standard features are promoted.

In particular, you have access to:

• At least 3 to 5 years of experience as an IFS Cloud™ ERP Functional Consultant
• Excellent proficiency with the Asset Management and Service Management modules of IFS Cloud™;
• Extensive experience with IFS Cloud™ implementation, migration, and enhancement projects 
• Proficiency in requirements analysis, facilitating functional workshops, configuring the solution, and drafting functional specifications;
•  Experience with testing phases (unit testing, functional acceptance testing/UAT), user training, and go-live support;
• Excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to analyze and synthesize information, and a strong customer focus;
• A good command of business English.
