Technical Means

This training is designed to help companies optimize the use of IFS ERP by covering all aspects of planning and adapting to the specific needs of each sector of activity.

You will understand the fundamentals and key concepts needed to effectively manage planning processes in IFS.

  • Example: Configure a Master Production Plan (MPP) to synchronize production needs with business capabilities.

  • Master the main structuring parameters of the application and their impact on your business flows :

You will know how to configure key parameters that directly influence your planning flows.

  • Example: Define MRP (Material Requirements Planning) parameters to optimize supplies and production.

  • Unfold your business flows from end to end :

You will be able to track and manage your business processes smoothly and efficiently, using IFS features to optimize every step of the planning process.

  • Capacity Requirements Planning (CRP)
  • Example: Creating a production master plan for a new product line.

  • Item Setup : Define item replenishment parameters.

  • Capacity management : Define production resource capacities to align planning with actual constraints.
  • Start calculation : Start load calculations to check the adequacy between available capacities and production needs.
  • Load Analysis : Analyze load calculation results to identify and resolve bottlenecks.
