JOB DESCRIPTION

Your tasks :

Reporting to and supervised by a Project Manager, your main tasks will be to participate in implementation projects
and maintenance of the IFS solution for our customers, through the following actions:

• Specification of solution customization, integration, reporting and interfacing requirements
• Design and implementation of customer specifications in
• Technical assistance for deployment of the configured solution
• Training in IFS technical tools
• Maintenance of technical and production environments for customers
• Customer support in managing IFS boxes
• Day-to-day support and advice for functional consultants on technical issues
• In-house training to keep your knowledge of the solution up to date.

PROFILE REQUIRED

- You have completed 5 years of higher education, with a focus on computer science/industrial computing/web development.

- You have at least 2 years' experience in ERP.

- You have a good knowledge and mastery of various tools, languages :

• GitLab, Gihub, Kubernetes and Docker containerization
• Scripting (Bash, PowerShell)
• Work with cloud-based infrastructure (Azure / AWS / ...)
• SQL database
  
  

- You know how to use REST APIs

- You are familiar with AGILE development principles

- You have knowledge of ERP implementation.

- You have ananalytical and synthesizing mind.

- You're not afraid of autonomy, and you know that your success depends on the success of your team.

- You are open to customer travel (up to 3 days/week, depending on project implementation phases,
on a national geographic coverage).

- You use digital tools effectively .

- You have a good command ofprofessional English (written/oral), and are able to follow a training course in English
(to obtain certification for the solution module).

Frame:

- Remuneration: variable according to profile (experience, expertise).

- You will report to Julien, Director of Operations.

- You will be an integral part ofa team of 10 IFS consultants.

- You work on MAC and iPhone.

Offices are in Mérignac (33) with the possibility of home office throughout France depending on your expertise/autonomy
on the job and your location.
