IFS Quick Report Training

Presentation of the Training

The IFS ERP has several functional “bricks/modules” covering all of a company’s business needs. This feature-rich ERP is configured to best adapt to each sector of activity and its context.

PREREQUIS

The target audience must be familiar with IFS as part of their professional activity and must have an understanding of the basic concepts of the SQL language.

TARGET AUDIENCE

This training is aimed at companies from all sectors of activity who wish to improve the skills of their employees in using the IFS solution and thus encourage their adaptation to their workstation.

This training is also part of the deployment of the IFS solution to IT team staff.

TRAINING OBJECTIVES

At the end of the training:

  • You will have acquired the operating principles of IFS on the development of rapid reports.
  • You will master the main parameters for creating, modifying and managing quick reports.
  • You will be able to define and maintain reports and quick report queries.
  • You will be able to deploy fast reports in an IFS environment.

  • Fast queries with alternative views.

 

  • Life cycle of a request:
    • Preview a query.
    • Save a query.
    • Publish / Synchronize / Unpublish a query.
    • Edit / Delete a query.
    • Use a published query.
    • Add a query to an application package.

  • Create a quick report.
  • Via Query Designer.
  • Via an SQL query.
