Equipment, Spare Parts and Resources

Master Data : Configuration and management of basic information for equipment and spare parts.
Functional Objects and Serial Objects : Management of different types of objects and their structure.
Technical Characteristics : Definition and management of the technical characteristics of the equipment.
Object Statuses : Management of equipment and spare parts statuses.
Object Position : Tracking and management of equipment position.
Measures by Object : Management of measurements and control points for each object.
Example : Configure test points…

Step 2

Work Order Management (WO)

Master Data and Resources : Management of master information and resources required for work orders.
BT Statuses : Definition and management of work order statuses.
Initialization and Preparation : Creation and preparation of work orders, including definition of operations and planning of resources.
Material and Purchase Requests : Management of requests for materials or spare parts and the necessary purchases.
Execution of Works : Monitoring of the execution of works, recording of labor times and tools, and management of parts consumed.
Billing and Closing : Management of billing and closing of work orders.
Example : Creation of a work order for corrective maintenance, resource planning, execution tracking and closure with cost analysis and invoicing.

Preventive Maintenance (PM)

BT Operation Models : Creation and management of operation models for preventive maintenance.
MP Programs : Definition and management of preventive maintenance programs.
Generation and Definition of MP Actions : Planning of preventive maintenance actions based on a schedule or on specific conditions.
MP Grouping and Merging : Optimization of preventive maintenance actions by grouping and merging similar tasks.
